What You Should Bring

To help your appointment go smoothly, have the following ready:

• Your valid, government-issued photo ID

• The original vehicle title or document requiring notarization

• Bill of sale or other supporting documents, if applicable

• Any required buyer/seller information

• All required signers present at the appointment

Important: Do not sign documents that require notarization before your appointment unless you have been specifically instructed to do so. Some documents must be signed in the presence of the notary.

Yes. Mobile appointments can be arranged at dealerships and other locations throughout the OKC metro.

Can you come after normal business hours?

After-hours appointments may be available depending on scheduling.

Do you handle the entire vehicle title transfer?

I provide notary services, not title-processing or tag-agency services. I can notarize eligible documents, but I do not determine which documents you need to submit to the Oklahoma Tax Commission or another government agency.
